A Camden New Jersey man is headed to prison after he was convicted on strict liability homicide charges stemming from a heroin overdose death.
The suspect is a 24-year-old resident of Camden, NJ. He was allegedly a drug dealer who sold a deadly dose of heroin to a 42-year-old Gloucester County NJ man.
