Pine Hill NJ Heroin Distribution AttorneysLaw enforcement arrested a Camden New Jersey man who allegedly sold heroin in Pine Hill, NJ.

The arrest was made during a traffic stop initiated around 6:30 p.m. According to authorities, the suspect was driving a motor vehicle along the 900 block of Erial Road when Camden County NJ detectives pulled him over.

Members of the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Suburban Narcotics Task Force were later called to the scene to conduct a search of the vehicle. That search reportedly turned up more than 50 wax paper folds filled with heroin.

The 28-year-old suspect is from Camden, New Jersey. He has been charged with multiple drug offenses, including heroin possession of heroin, heroin distribution, and distribution of heroin within 500 feet of a public park.

If the suspect is ultimately convicted of distribution of heroin, he would face significant criminal penalties. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:35-5, a person who possesses with intent to distribute five ounces or more of heroin can be charged with a first degree felony.

After being placed under arrest and processed, the suspect was remanded to the Camden County Correctional Facility in Camden, NJ. He was being held at the jail on a bail amount of $50,000.
