Gloucester Township NJ Burglary LawyersGloucester Township police are looking for suspects who allegedly committed burglaries at a local business.

The burglaries took place at the warehouse for Cold Technology on Lower Landing Road in Gloucester Township, NJ.

The first burglary occurred in June. The suspects reportedly accessed the building by busting in through an air conditioning unit. However, when the suspects set off the alarm system, they quickly exited the building and fled the area.

Images of the suspects during the break-in were captured by surveillance video cameras at the warehouse. However, the suspects’ faces were not visible because they used their shirts to shield their faces.

The second burglary happened two days after the first break-in at the warehouse. This time, a man and a woman allegedly accessed the building through the same air conditioning unit.

When the suspects triggered the building’s alarm system, the suspects got scared and ran away.

According to law enforcement, the lights in the building were not turned on at the time of the second burglary. This meant that the surveillance cameras were of little use.

Gloucester Township investigators recently released descriptions of the two male suspects from the first burglary attempt. One suspect has been described as a white teen with a thin build and dark hair. The second suspect has been described as a black teen with a thin build and short hair.

If police are eventually able to identify and locate any of the suspects, it is likely that serious criminal charges for burglary would follow. As set forth by N.J.S.A. 2C:18-2, burglary is usually classified as a third degree crime. A conviction for third degree burglary could result in a sentence of 3-5 years in New Jersey State Prison.

Anyone with information about the identities of the burglary suspects is asked to get in touch with Gloucester Township investigators at 856-228-4500.
