Haddonfield NJ Robbery LawyersPolice arrested a man who allegedly robbed a convenience store in Haddonfield, NJ.

The 51-year-old suspect, who resides in the Sicklerville community of Winslow Township, allegedly walked into 7-Eleven convenience store located on Haddon Avenue in Haddonfield, New Jersey. The theft incident occurred around 9 p.m.

Once the suspect was inside the store, he tried to make a purchase. He then reportedly “lunged” at the cash register when the cashier opened it. According to authorities, the suspect was able to grab roughly $40 from the register.

When the store clerk tried to stop the suspect from taking the cash, the suspect allegedly jumped over the counter and assaulted the clerk.

After the attack, the suspect allegedly ran out of the convenience store and fled down Haddon Avenue.

Haddonfield New Jersey detectives got a number of anonymous tips about the suspect after reporting the theft incident. Police used the tips to figure out the suspect’s location.
Haddonfield police later placed the suspect under arrest without incident.

The suspect has been charged with several crimes, including robbery, theft of movable property, and simple assault.

After being arrested and processed, the suspect was transported to the Camden County Jail. He was being held at the jail in lieu of $52,500 bail.
